1. Order Processing & Handling

Domestic (India)

    • Standard shipping: typically estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch (for most metro & non-remote areas).
    • Expedited shipping: available at additional cost — estimated delivery within 1-3 business days in eligible areas.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size/weight or a flat-rate.
  • Please be aware that remote or rural delivery areas may take longer than the stated estimates.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (and/or SMS) including a tracking number and link where available.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

4. Delays, Force Majeure & Exceptions

  • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to: carrier issues, customs clearance (for international), remote delivery locations, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.
