The 6-1/2 in double bow sheep shear by Burgon and Ball are made from Sheffield steel. The shears have a rolled bow, which creates an easier action and increases overall strength. Heat treatment guarantees hardness and long term edge retention of blades. Blades are double hollow ground (Hinds patent). Blades and shank are a single piece for increased durability and accuracy. Each shear is handset and tested.
