Removes water from gasoline and diesel fuel for farm and ranch, light industrial and recreational uses. Water-absorbing polymers trap water, restricting fuel flow when it is time to replace the element. Works well by itself or in combination with a #495 (SKU 636-3667) fuel filter for added protection against microscopic particle contamination.
