You get a rust-resistant, chewproof wire mesh hutch with clips and special pliers to put it together, plus a plastic dropping pan and frame kit to attach the pan under the hutch for easier cleaning. You also get a 5 in wide galvanized metal sifter-bottom feeder with lid and a 32 oz (1 qt) plastic water bottle. Hutch measures 24 in square by 16 in high, assembly required.
