Zinsser® Bulls-Eye® Water-base is a water-based acrylic primer/sealer designed for application to interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings and related paintable surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to gloss enamels and clear finishes, hardboard, glass and tile, Formica®, Masonite®, PVC, fiberglass and ceramic tile. It provides flash rust resistance in its wet state when coating iron railings, steel frames, piping. It seals porous surfaces including drywall and masonry. Bulls-Eye® water-base resists grain raise on new woods and sands easily to a smooth surface.Item Specifications
